Services

We specialize in the Onsite repair of Dragline and Shovel Drums including crack repair, weld buildup of the rope grooves and heat treating. We are one of the few companies in the world that do these repairs onsite. We have been repairing Dragline Drums since the mid 1980’s and have worked on machines across the United States and Canada.

We also specialize in the rebuild of shovel sheaves and drums in our shop.

3D Laser tracking to align bores in large gear cases and inspect parts.

Overhead crane capacity- 15 Ton in the machine shop , and a 25 Ton overhead in our welding facility

Welding Equipment-

We have a fully equipped weld shop to handle almost any need. Fabrication and repair. We do extensive dragline and shovel sheave and drum repairs. Including crack repairs and full weld buildup and remachining. We rebuild literally every piece of rigging on dragline and shovels.

Stress Relief Ovens

We have 3 stress relief ovens. The small oven will accommodate parts 17″x 17″ x 32″. The medium oven is 103″ diameter x 18″ tall and our large oven will accommodate parts that have a max Outside Diameter of 13’6″x 3′ tall. We are a firm believer is stress relieving repaired parts whenever it is possible. One of the largest contributors to parts failure is weld induced stress. Stress relieving minimizes this in repaired parts that have high stress zones.
